General Practitioner Required
Highland Medical Centre is located in the northern suburb of Madeley in a District of Workplace Shortage (DWS). The Medical Centre has a cohesive team of Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and a large Admin Team.
Due to the increased range of activities and subsequent number of patients there are constant opportunities for VR and Non VR Doctors.
Commencing salary will be negotiated based on qualifications, skills, experience and billing ability, however a minimum annual remuneration of $100,000 is guaranteed. Sponsorship for overseas trained GP is available.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of physical and mental illnesses, disorders and injuries, recommending preventative action and referral of patients to specialist practitioners and other health care professionals.

Pre-requisites
An MBBS or equivalent qualification is essential as is registration with AHPRA, Vocational Registration with RACGP, current medical indemnity. At least one years’ experience in a similar role is essential.
